When consignor has given in writing to detain the wagon and the loading is not commenced within 24 hours from the expiry of free time, indent is cancelled, WDRF is forfeited and demurrage charges levied without granting any free time.

When consignor has given in writing to detain the wagon and the loading is not commenced within 24 hours from the expiry of free time, indent is cancelled, WDRF is forfeited and demurrage charges levied without granting any free time. ### Notes: <!-- Slide number: 12 --> # When consignor is not willing to pay freight charges as per existing railway tariff. An amount equal to WDRF will be collected from premier customers when they cancel their indents under any of the above conditions.
