The matter has been examined in consultation with Finance Dte. Competent authority has decided that if a customer is unable to submit applicatiqn for waiver through online mode (FBD portal) due to any technical issue in TMS/FOIS (e.g. non enablement 9f consignee cod'e etc.), in such qituation permission may be $ante4 by PCCIWPCOIM/DRM for submitting applicaiion for waiver in physical form, providbd that such physical application has been submitted within the prescribed time period for consideratioR by the competent authority as per existing Schedule of Power.
