भारत सरकार 4 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय 1 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेलवे até । RAILWAY BOARD) Rall Bhawan, New Delhi - 110004 Dated: 24" August, 2026 No. 2024/1 C(FM}/18/23-Pt 4 Principal Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Rallways Sub: Updation of detalls of Schedula-Il GCT proposals on IRBOU Portal — reg. A facility for updation of details of Scheduls-|| Gall Shakti Cargo Terminals (GCTs) has now been activated and operationalized on the IREDU Portal for monitoring the progress of Schedule-i| GCT proposals. 2. The concemed Divisional User (Sr. DCM Office) may access the facility through the raspactive Divisional login credentials by navigaling to: IRBDU Portal —) Tasks —~ Schedule-ll GCTs 3. Ikis, therefore, requested that necessary instructions may kindly be issued to all concerned Divisions under your junsciction to updata the details of all Schedulell GCT hroposals/locations in the above portal. The information may be updated in a phased manner as under: Stage-l The datails of Scheduls-Il GCTs whera LOA has alraady been issued and where the tander i$ under finalization (i.e. bid recaived) may be uploaded on priority, preferably within 3-4 working days from the date of issue of this letter. Stage-I Thereafter, details of other idantifiad locations for Schadute-I| GCTs may be uploaded, particularly thosa where tander documents are under preparation or where tander had been Invited earlicr bul no bid was received, दी 4. In addition, details of Schedule-I| GCT proposals at varlous stages may also bs updated, Including: Localions Identied / proposals under consicoratlon; Tender/bid under consideration; Tander/bld under preparation: Tender under finalization; LOA issuad; and GCTs commissioned, S. The information may be entared comprehensively and accurately for all Schedule-ll GCT proposals under the jurisdiction of the Zonal Railways, so as to facililate centralized monitoring of thelr progress by Zonal Railways and Ralhway Board. Particular cara may be taken to ensure that tha status of each proposal reflects the latest positien, 6. It ls also requested that tha concerned Divisions may be advised to keep the information updated ragularly whenever there is any change In the status of a Schedulell GCT proposal, including subsequent stages of lender finalization, issue of LOA and commissioning.
