• . 2. In the Railways Red Tariff Rules, 2000, in Table Ill, under the heading "Petroleum and other Inflammable Liquid$" in column {J ), under ih~ sub-heading "Petroleum and ofher Hydro-'carbon Oils, Dangerous", the items "Alkylate" and "Refomiat" shall be inserted.
