In case a paseenget in detected as "TOT" case ie. travelling on the name of the other passenger, trict punitive action Is required to be taken instead of regularizing him en the same berth. Thus, whenever any passenger 1४ detected as "TOT', he should be reated as ‘Without Ticket

and fils berth/seat must 09 forfeited. The berth thus } generated should be allictied to RAC passengers: — ——
