Sub: Time limit for Refund of wagon registration fee

It has come to the notice of the Railway Board that no uniform policy is followed in regards to the observance of the time limit for claims for refund of wagon registration fees.

2. The Railway Board have examined the mater and have decided that the time limit for prefering 4 claims for the refund of wagon registration fee should be three years from the date of payment of | registration fees. 1
