Sub: - Selection to the Group ‘B’ posts of APO, AEN, ASTE, AEE, AME/AWM, ACM, AOM, AMM (Regular-70% quota) for the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026 for Organised services (except for Accounts Department.) Ref: This office notification of even no. dtd. 04.11.2024 followed by corrigendum of even no. dtd.12.11.2024. In this connection, it is advised that the time line for submission of application by the applicants for the subject selections has been extended as per details shown below: S.No. | Details of submission / processing of application for the selections Revised Closing Date Application to be submitted on-line by the eligible candidates in the 30.11.2024 portal and also a printed copy submitted to their controlling officer Applications to be forwarded by the Controlling Officer to the 02.12.2024 concerned Personnel Officers of Division/Unit concerned for verification /scrutinising of service particulars/ eligibility of the employee for selection etc. 04.12.2024 It is further advised that Help Desk may be formed at Divisional / Unit level for those Users who do not have access to Railnet connection. This may be given wide publicity and all necessary assistance may be provided to such Users for submission of their application for above selections through Railnet. Concerned Personnel officers should forward all the applications (only original in hard copy) with a remark (eligible or not eligible) in the consolidated list in prescribed proforma (Annexure-"B" to the notification) to GAZ(Conf.) section, PCPO/HQ Office, Churchgate. The time-line for pre-selection training for candidates from reserved communities for above selections (where reservation is provided) is also extended. Now, the pre-selection training for the above selections may be completed by first week of January 2025 and the compliance thereof may be sent to this office by 10.01.2025. All other conditions for the above selections stands good. Please ensure compliance and acknowledge receipt of this notification.
