Sub- Selection for the post of Work Study Inspector/CPLI (Ex-Cadre tenure) in PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800/- + GP Rs. 4600/-(Level-7)Under GM/Planning. It has been decided with the approval of the competent authority to hold a selection (written test) for forming a panel of 04(four) posts (Ex. Cadre Tenure) posts of WSI/CPLI in GP Rs. 4600/- (Level-7) under GM/Planning /MLG (UR= 03 & SC= 01 )by calling option from the eligible candidates of all departments. As such options are invited from the candidates of all departments with following terms and conditions. However, preference will be given to the candidates belonging to Mechanical, Engineering, Commercial, Accounts and S&T Departments. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1. Candidates having two years regular service in PB-2 Rs 9300-34800/- + GP Rs 4200/- (Level-6). 2. Candidates must have put in 05(five) years service in the Railway. 3. The Candidates must have been trained in the advance work study course conducted by Zonal training school at Chandausi, Gorakhpur etc for at least 06(Six) weeks .In case sufficient no’s of trained candidates are not available the committee will have the right to select suitable candidates from other un-trained candidates . They will be sent for required work study training in due course prior to posting in the Organisation. 4. The candidates should be physically strong and be able to go on outdoor frequently as required. They should have at least eight years of service remaining in credit. 5. The candidates shall possess the analytical brand of mind and having good command of English. They should have aptitude for corporate planning of work and for work study projects. A ee ऐेः / MODE OF SELECTION 1. bas The applicant will have to appear in the written test in order to assess their suitability for the post. The question paper will be 100% objective type. All the questions will be of multiple choice only. There shall be negative marking for incorrect answers. One third of the marks allotted for each question will be deducted for wrong Answers. There will be 110 questions. Out of which 10 questions (optional) will be on Rajbhasa out of which 100 will have to be answered. If any candidate answers more than 100, the first 100 attempted questions will be counted. Duration of examination will be 120 minutes. No cutting, overwriting, erasing or alteration of any type in the answer will be accepted. Zero marks will be given for Answer having correction/ over writing. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS i. These being Ex-Cadre tenure posts ,the period of tenure of candidates against the posts shall be four years extendable to another period of two years irrespective of the fact that whether they earn any promotion during the initial tenure of four years or not provided further that the incumbent continued to display requisite aptitude for work .The period of tenure shall in no case be extended beyond six years after which the incumbent will be repatriated to their parent departments or even earlier if they do not show the requisite aptitude for work. The Deptt. Controlling Officer will forward the application in the prescribed format attached and duly certified by P/Branch in a bunch to reach the office of the undersigned
