Based Objective Type Examination (CBT) - Special drive to fill up vacancies.

Ref: This office letter of even No. dated 27.05.2024

As a result of Centralized Computer Based Test (CBT) examination, conducted by NAIR
held on 17.03.2024 & viva-voce test held on 29.05.2024 and approved by Competent Authority,
the following Group ‘C’ employees have been placed on the provisional panel for promotion as
ACM (Group ‘B’) in level-8 of Pay Matrix in 7" CPC (PB 9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4800 of 6" CPC)
special drive against 70% quota vacancies in Commercial Department, North Central Railway on

the basis of Seniority:-

Note:- In view of instructions contained in Railway Board's letter No.2018-E(SCT)I/25/09
dated 22.06.2022, Shri Sanjeev Kumar (SC), CCI/JHS is considered against ‘UR’ point.

In addition to above, the following employees are recommended for promotion as ACM
(Group '8') on ad-hoc basis for six months “In service Training” under the “Best Among
Failure Scheme for candidates” in terms of instruction contained in Railway Board's letters
No. E(GP)2018/2/31 dated 19.03.2019, No.2013-E(SCT)I/25/6 dated 09.05.2017, No.88-
E(SCT)I/23/1 dated 28.06.1995 & No.88-E(SCT)I/23/1 dated 08.05.1989. At the end of six
months, a working report are to be called for, and to be put up to the Competent Authority i.e.
General Manager for empanelment of the employees on the provisional panel for the
assessment year 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2024 otherwise, they will be reverted.

provisional panel of this special drive selection and the fact that their placement on the
panel is no guarantee for their promotion to Group 'B' service.
