(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रेल (वैगनों की अधिक लदाई के लिए दंडात्मक प्रभार) (संशोधन) नियम, 2012 है। (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. रेल (वैगनों की अधिक लदाई के लिए दंडात्मक प्रभार) नियम 2012, में नियम 3 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित नियम अंत॑:स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-- “4, नियम 3 में किसी बात के होते हुए भी, यदि वैगन (वैगनों) में अधिक लदाई का पता चलता है जिसका परेषितियों द्वारा प्रत्यक्ष रूप से अथवा उनकी नामित एजेंसियों के माध्यम से भार-समायोजन करवाया गया था, तो प्रति वैगन एक लाख रु, का दंडात्मक प्रभार वसूल किया wre” [फा. सं. टीसी-/2006/109/6/भाग-गप् ] कुन्दन सिन्हा, सलाहकार (दर) टिप्पणी :--मुख्य नियम भारत के राजपत्र में संख्या सा.का.नि. 570(31), तारीख 17 जुलाई, 2012 को प्रकाशित किए गए थे। 4650 GI/2012 (1) Sa TE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORD! THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [Part II—Ssc. 3(i)] ms) MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th December, 2012 " GS.R. 898(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 87 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Railways (Punitive Charges for Overloading of Wagon) Rules, 2012, namely -— t 1. (1) These rules may be called the Railways (Punitive charges for overloading of wagon) (Amendment) Rules, 2012. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Railways (Punitive charges for overloading of wagon) Rules, 2012, after rule 3, the following rule shall be inserted, namely :— “4. Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 3, if overloading is detected in the wagon(s) that had undergone load-adjustment by the consignors either directly or through their designated agencies, punitive charge of one lakh rupees per wagon shall be levied.” [F.
