भारत सरकार Government of India रेल मंत्रालय Ministry of Railways tad बोर्ड (Railway Board) # रेल भवन, नयी दिल्ली - 110001, far:27 .07 .2000 NO.E(O)mI-90/PM/74 Rail Bhavan, New Delhi - 110001, Dated on 07,2000 RESOLUTION In the Scheme for making appointments to the posts of General Managers and equivalent in the Railways, annexed to Government of India, Ministry of Transport (Department of Railways), (Railway Board)’s Resolution No.E(O)ill- 84PM6/132 dated 16.07.1986, amended vide Ministry of Railways (Railway Board)’s Resolutions No.E(O)IIl-84PM6/132 dated 30.01.1987, E(O)III-88PM/34 dated 26.02.1988 and E(O)IIl-90/PM/74 dated 31.12.1998, the Government of India adopts this Resolution introducing further amendments as indicated in the Annexure, with immediate effect. ORDER: Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be circulated among the members of various Group ‘A’ Railway Services. Ordered also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information. (D.P. For the existing para 3 of the Geverninent of India Resolution No.E(O)III- 84PM6/132 dated 16.07.1986, the following she | be substituted:- "3. Scheme shall be applicable tc the posts of General Managers and equivaient in the scale of Rs.24,050-26 000/- as listec at Aopendix.! AMENDMENT 2. For the existing Explanation 3 appearing below para 8 of the Resolution dated 16.07.1986, the following Explanation shail be substituted:- “Explanation 3: The year to which a particular batch of service belongs (viz. Batch Year) will be the year following the year in which the competitive recruitment examination was held.”
