+++++ Vide Board’s letters under reference (i) above, special freight rates were notified for Ro-Ro/ToT service on New Rewari – New Palanpur section on DFCCIL.
2.0 The matter has been reviewed with reference to DFCCIL’s representation under reference (ii) above and it has been decided by the Competent Authority to permit subject movement at the revised freight rates mentioned in the table given below:

3.0 The above rates are free of other ancillary charges i.e. Busy Season Charge, Development Charge, Terminal Charge. However, all other charges like GST shall be levied as per extant rules.
4.0 DFCCIL shall submit report to Board indicating impact of these instructions, total traffic achieved, revenue generated, potential of additional traffic etc.
5.0 These instructions shall come into force w.e.f. 10.08.2024 and shall remain valid up to 17.09.2024.
6.0 This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation and with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
