Keeping
in view the trend of increased passenger
growth, introduction of
new types of trains and the augmentation
of carrying capacity
of passenger trains
reouiarly by attaching additional coaches. the matter has been further reviewed in
Board's office and it has been decided that insupersession of Board's earlier norms
as stipulated in Board's Commercial Circulars referred to above.
following revised
norms may be followed in regard to trains running with Pantry Car/Mini Pantry or
provided with TSVas the case may be. for deployment of Catering Staff:

shall be allotted to any of the above

Normally, the Zonal Railways may give passes as per the maximum limits
specfied in this circular. However, CCM/Catering may reduce fh? numb'3r of staff
and,:orrespondingly
passes on need basis with a proper justific:ationto be placed
on record.
There should be a proper Medical Certificate with each of the passes holding
employees/licensee
staff.
