Sub: Recruitment in PB-1 Pay Band 5200-20200 with GP 1800 — record of applications.

| _ In connection with the recruitment under subject, Board (CRB) has directed that record of applications, received in response to the notification issued by the Zonal Railways for filling up of posts in Grade Pay 1800, may be properly maintained, so that no application is left unaccounted nor any application received late is entered, | ,

In this regard, attention of the Railways is drawn to Para 5 of the instructions contained :

in Railway Board’s letter No. E(NG)IT/96/RR-1/62 dated 18/7/2005 (copy enclosed), wherein it is directed that for any clarification Railways may consult Manual for Railway Recruitment Boards published by the Railway Board. In this regard Para 205 of RRB iy (copy - enclosed) should be scrupulously followed. | :
