(b) 40% by Promotional Quota (General Selection) from lower grade eligible Traffic staff in Pay Level-2 to 6 (except Ministerial Staff) having a minimum of 2 years service (if working in Pay Level- 5 & 6) and 5 years service (if working in Pay Level-2 to 4). The promotion shall be subject to passing of an initial training course of 12 months including on job training. The promotion shall also be subject to passing a Psychometric Test as per RDSO specifications, the assessment of vacancies to include higher grade vacancies
