**** The issue raised in your above referred letter has been examined.

Since in terms of this office letter NO.E(P&A)1-2001/CPC/LE-3 dated

30.9.2003, the categories of Hostel Management staff such as House Keepers, Junior Matrons and Dormitory Supervisors in Oak Grove School, Jharipani are treated as vacation staff at par with the teaching staff in respect of entitlement of leave, the instructions contained in this office letter of even number dated 6.03.2009 and as clarified vide letter of even number dated

24.9.2009 are applicable to these .categories of staff also'.

This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
