Subject:- Grant of incentive to Accounts Stock Verifiers on passing Appendix IV-A (IREM) Examination

Ref:- Board's letter No.E(P&A)I-2000/SP-1/AC-1 dated

31.5.2001 The issue of restoration of previous scheme of three additional increments to Stock Verifiers on qualifying the Appendix IV Examination, on demand of the staff side, has been under consideration of the Board

2. The issue has been examined in view of the difficulties being experienced by - the Zonal Railways in filling up the post of Stock Verifiers. Board has decided that Special allowance @ Rs. 1000/- p.m. may be granted to Accounts Stock Verifiers and Sr. Accounts Stock Verifiers in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800 + 4200 grade pay ही whose feeder category is Accounts Assistants in Vth CPC scale Rs. 5500-9000

3. This Special Allowance will not be counted for fixation of pay on promotion as this allowance is for arduous jobs of Stock Verification

4. This Special Allowance will not be counted for DA, HRA and other Pensionary-:

को 3 अतिरिक्त वेतनवृद्धियों की पिछली योजना की बहाली का मुद्दा बोर्ड के विचाराधीन रहा है।.

2. स्टॉक सत्यापकों के पद को भरने में क्षेत्रीय रेलों द्वारा अनुभव की जा रही कठिनाइयों के मद्देनजर इस मुद्दे की जांच की गई है। बोर्ड ने विनिश्चय किया है कि 9300-34800/- के वेतन बैंड + 4200/- रुपए ग्रेड वेतन के लेखा स्टॉक सत्यापकों और वरिष्ठ लेखा स्टॉक सत्यापकों, जिनकी फीडर कोटि पांचवे के.वे.आ. में वेतनमान 5500-9000/- रुपए में लेखा सहायकों की है, को 1000/- रुपए प्रतिमाह की दर से विशेष भत्ता प्रदान किया जाए।

3. इस विशेष भत्ते की पदोन्नति पर वेतन के निर्धारण के लिए गणना नहीं की जाएगी क्योंकि यह भत्ता स्टॉक सत्यापन के श्रमसाध्य कार्यों के लिए है।

4. इस विशेष भत्ते की महंगाई भत्ता, मकान किराया भत्ता और अन्य पेंशनरी प्रयोजनों हेतु गणना नहीं की जाएगी |

5. यह आदेश 01.09.2008 से प्रभावी होंगे।

6. ... इसे रेल मंत्रालय के वित्त निदेशालय की सहमति से जारी किया जा रहा है।
