Sub:- Retention period of evaluated Answer Sheets of examination conducted for Departmental Promotions — Promotions: within and:to Group ‘C’ posts & Suitability Test for C.G. appointments.

The issue of laying down guidelines for retention period for evaluated answer sheets of written examinations conducted as a part of Selection/Suitability. Test. etc. for making promotions within & to group ‘C’ Posts, as well as Suitability Tests:.for. : compassionate ground appointments, has been engaging Board’s attention for quite some time. The matter has accordingly been considered and it has been decided that retention period for evaluated answer sheets in above mentioned cases shall be :- noe

(i) One year from the date of publication of panel;

(ii) till panel exhausts;

OR

(iii) till finalization of complaints/investigation/court cases against the Selection/Suitability > Jest, if any; .

whichever of the above three js later.

1.1 may, however, please be ensured that vigilance clearance is obtained before the evaluated.answer sheets are weeded out.

मार्गनिदेश निर्धारित करने संबंधी मुद्दा पिछले कुछ समय से बोर्ड का ध्यान आकर्षित करता रहा है। तदनुसार, मामले पर विचार किया गया और यह विनिश्चय किया गया है कि उपर्युक्त मामलों में उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की रिटेंशन अवधि निम्नानुसार होगी:- 7

@) Wer प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक वर्ष;

कि अथवा Gi) पैनल के समाप्त होने तक;

(ii) चयन/उपयुक्तता परीक्षा के संबंध में शिकायतों/अन्वेषण/न्यायालय संबंधी मामलों, यदि ..... कोई हो, को अंतिम रूप दिए जाने तक;

उपरोक्त तीनों में से जो भी बाद में हो।

1-1... बहरहाल, कृपया यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि जांची गई उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को नष्ट करने से पहले सतर्कता क्लीयरेंस प्राप्त की जाए। Co
