Attention is invited to Railway Board’s letter of even number dated

25.03.2014, whereby the proformae for submission of declarations of assets and liabilities by the Railway servants were circulated.

In this regard, Department of Personnel and Training have now issued O.M. No. 407/12/2014-AVD-IV(B) dated 25.04.2015 extending the last date for filing the returns under the Public Servants (Furnishing of Information and Assets and Liabilities and the Limits for Exemption of Assets in Filing Returns) Amendment Rules, 2014. A copy of the O.M. dated 25.04.2015 aforesaid is also enclosed.

ास सम्बन्ध में कार्मिक तथा प्रर्िक्षण र्वभाग द्वारा दन इांक 25.04.2015 का कायािलय ज्ञापइ सं 407/12/2014–ए.वी.र्ी – IV(बी) जारी ककया है जजसके तहत लोक सेवक (सूचइा और िजस्तयों तथा दन ाययतवों की र्ववरणी दन ेइे तथा र्ववरणीयां फााल करइे में िजस्तयों की छूट के र्लए सीमाएं) यइयम, 2014, के तहत घोषणा प्रस्तुत करइे कक अंयतम यतथथ बढ़ा दन ी गयी है. दन इांक

Subject: Declaration of Assets and Liabilities by public servants under section 44 of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 — extension of last date for filing of revised returns by public servants who have filed property returns under the existing service rules - regarding

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department's D.O. letter of even number dated 29" December, 2014 regarding the furnishing of information relating to assets and liabilities by public servants under section 44 of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 and forwarding therewith copies of the Central Government's notifications dated 26" December, 2014 containing —

(a)amendment to the Lokpal & Lokayuktas (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2014, for the purpose of extending the time limit for carrying out necessary changes in the relevant rules relating to different services from “three hundred and sixty days” to “eighteen months”, from the date on which the Act came into force, i.e., 16" January, 2014; and

(b)the Public Servants (Furnishing of Information and Annual Return of Assets and Liabilities and the Limits for Exemption of Assets in Filing Returns) Amendment Rules, 2014, extending the time limit for filing of revised returns by all public servants from 31" December, 2014 to 30" April, 2015

2. _ In this regard, the undersigned is directed to convey that the last date for filing of revised returns by public servants under the rules indicated in filing of revised returns by public servants under the rules indicated in para | (b) above has now been further extended from 30" April, 2015 to 15" October, 2015. Formal amendments to the Public Servants (F urnishing of Information and Annual Return of Assets and Liabilities and the Limits for Exemption of Assets
