विषय: राज्य सरकार / केंद्र सरकार / स्वायत निकाय में नई सेवा में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने पर राष्ट्रीय पेंशन योजना (एनपीएस) के तहत आने वाले Ya कर्मचारियों के संबंध में उपदान के लाभ के लिए सेवा की संगणना। पेंशन और पेंशनभोगी कल्याण विभाग के दिनांक 12.02.2020 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं.7/5/2012- पीएंडपीडब्ल्यू(एफ)/बी की एक प्रतिलिपि आपके अनुपालन और मार्गदर्शन हेतु संलग्न है। ये अनुदेश यथोचित परिवर्तनों सहित रेलों में भी लागू होंगे। केंद्रीय सिविल सेवा (पैंशन) नियम, 1972 रेल सेवा (पेंशन) नियम 1993 के तदनुरूप हैं। a“ पेंशन और पेंशनभोगी कल्याण विभाग के दिनांक 12.02.2020 के saa उल्लिखित कार्यालय ज्ञापन में संदर्भित अनुदेशों के तदनुरूप रेलवे बोर्ड के अनुदेश निम्नानुसार हैं:-

A copy of Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DOP&PW’s) O.M. No.
7/5/2012-P&PW(F)/B dated 12" February, 2020 is. enclosed herewith for compliance and guidance. These instructions shall apply mutatis mutandis on the Railways also. Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 correspond to the Railway Services (Pension) Rules, 1993.
2. The Railway Board's instructions corresponding to the DOP&PW’s instructions referred to in their aforesaid O.M. dated 12" February, 2020 are given under:-
