Rules for recruitment to the post of Field Workers in Family Welfare Organisation. Reference: E(NG)II/99/RR-1/98 dt. 26.12.2002 Rules for recruitment to the post of Field Workers in Family Welfare Organisation. The minimum educational qualification for the post of field Workers (Male/Female) in scale Rs. 3050-4590 has been reviewed by the Board. It has been decided that the qualification for direct recruitment to the post of Field Workers will, henceforth, be “ 10 + 2 in Science (with Chemistry and Biology)”. However, the qualification for promotion of Group ‘D’ staff to the post of Field Workers ( Male /Female) from Group ‘D’ workers of Family Welfare Organisation will continue to be ‘Class 10 th pass” Group ‘D’ staff selected fro promotion may be given suitable training as required. Accordingly, the Indian Railway Establishment Manual (1989 edition) may be amended as per Advance Correction Slip No. 144.
