Training facilities for staff in newly created zones. At present all zonal railways have their own training centers catering to the training needs of all categories of staff of Group “C” and “D”. With the creation of new zones, it has been decided that existing training centers may cater to staff, supervisors etc. of the same areas/jurisdiction that they were catering to before the formation of new zones. The same would hold when calling up for options for trainers, instructors etc. The Departmental Heads be made responsible for ensuring that staff due for mandatory training courses are sent on time and not allow any back log to be created.
