No. !86 /206 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS ( RAILWAY BOARD ) No. E(W)94PS5-1/13 New Delhi. dt.¢ ¢ .12.2006 General Managers, All Indian Railways and - Production Units. Sub: Travel facilities to the Vice-Chairman and the Members of RCT while on duty. Ref: Boards letter No. E(W)94PS5-1/13 dt. 28.8.03. In terms of instructions dt. 28.8.03, Vice-Chairman and Members of Railway Claims Tribunal have been extended travel facilities in Rajdhani/Shatabdi Express Trains on Duty Card Passes as under:- “Rajdhani Express Express a) One berth in 1* AC for self, and one extra berth for spouse on payment of one-third difference of fare between 1* AC and 2" AC of Rajdhani Express; or b) 2 berths in 2"° AC for self and spouse. Shatabdi Express Express a) One seat in EC and one extra seat for spouse on payment of one-third difference of fare between EC and CC, or b) 2 seats in CC” for self and spouse. 2: The above facility of travel entitlement of Vice-Chairman and Members of RCT has been reconsidered by Board and it has been decided to dispense with the stipulation of charging 1/3 of the difference of fare between Executive Class and Chair Car of Shatabdi trains in case of spouse while travelling with Member/Vice-Chairman of RCT on duty. Other terms and -~ conditions as contained in Board’s letter of even No. dt. 28.8.03 will reraain the same. 3. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Board's Office.
