NOTIFICATION S.O. No. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article 148 of the constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railway Service (Pension) Rules, 1993 namely:- 1. (i) These rules may be called the Railway Services (Pension) Amendment Rules. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. In rule 11 of the Railway Services (Pension) Rules, 1993, sub-rule (4) shall be omitted.
