महाप्रबंधक/मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी, _ सभी भारतीय tet एवं उत्पादन इकाइयां, इत्यादि (डाक सूची I और 1 के अनुसार) विषय: अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप और लक्षद्वीप सहित पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र के राज्यों एवं संघ शासित क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत रेल कर्मचारियों के लिए पुराने ड्यूटी स्टेशन पर मकान किराया भत्ता के संबंध में ।

उपर्युक्त विषय पर बोर्ड के 25.02.2009 के समसंख्यक पत्र की तरफ ध्यान आकर्षित किया जाता है। इस पत्र के पैरा 4 को निम्नानुसार पढ़े जाने के लिए संशोधित किया जाता है:- के लिए

Attention is.invited to Board’s letter of even number dated 25.2.2009 on the above

subject. Para 4 of the said letter has been amended to read as under:-

FOR “These orders will be applicable to Railway employees posted to Ladakh on or after

1.9.2008”’.

“These orders will be applicable to Railway employees posted in Ladhakh as on 1.9.2008 or posted to Ladhakh on or after 1.9.2008”.

3. All other terms and conditions of the said letter remain unchanged.

4. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
