Candidates are advised to keep themselves in readiness, accordingly. Controlling Officers are also requested to advise the above candidates hort notice. In case at any stage of the selection, if to be in readiness for attending viva-voce ats any candidate is found ineligible for the selection, his candidature will summarily be rejected. 3- The above employees shall be required to undergo a prescribed medical examination before appearing for Viva-voce. The employees are eligible for viva-voce only if they are found fit in prescribed medical examination. The above employees should be directed for prescribed medical examination by the controlling officer immediately for fitness to Group “B” (Non-Technical) service and fitness memo shall be sent to concerned Personnel Officer for onward transmission to reach this office on or before 21/07/2025. 4- Personnel Officers of Concerned units are advised to send APARSs for the last five years (i.e. 2019-20 to 2023-24) & updated Service Records in all respect of the above named candidates to this office on or before 21/07/2025 positively.
