1.0 Please refer to Board’s Rates Circular No. 27 of 2016 on the above cited subject. The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the 30% discount on NTR, as mentioned in the Para 1.0 (ii) of the above referred Rates Circular to Neem Coated Urea with effect from 01.05.2017.

20 Al other terms and conditions stipulated in Rates Circular under reference shall continue to apply unchanged.

30 This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation Directorate and with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railway
