Sub: Rates for Automobile Traffic carried on NMG/BCCNR and BCACM wagons.

Ref: Board’s Rates Circular No. 19 of 2016 dated 07.06.2016.

1. In terms of above referred Rates Circular, the freight rates for Automobile Traffic when moved in NMG, BCCNR and BCACM wagons were revised and notified for the period from 01.06.2016 to 31.05.2017.

2. The matter has been reviewed by Board and sanction is accorded to revise the rates for Automobile Traffic when moved in NMG, BCCNR and BCACM wagons as per the Rate Table annexed.

3. All other terms and conditions mentioned in above referred Rates Circular shall remain the same.

4. The revised Rate Table shall come into force with effect from 01.06.2017 and remain valid till 31.05.2018.

5. This issues in consultation with Freight Marketing Directorate and with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
