1. terms of Rates Circular No. 07 of 2016 dated 23.03.2016 and 17 of 2016 dated

20.05.2016; Scheme for Operation of Merry-Go-Round (MGR) Systems by Railways is operative up to 31.03.2018

2. The matter has been reviewed. It has now been decided to extend the validity of the Scheme beyond 31.03.2018 for a further period of one month i.e. up to

30.04.2018.

3. All other terms and conditions stipulated in above referred Rates Circulars shall remain unchanged.

4. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways. Chow (Shilpi Bishnoi)
