Sub: Dynamic Pricing Policy- Levy of Busy Season Charge.

Ref: Board’s Rates Circular No. 24 of 2013 and Corrigenda thereto.

RREREE

1. In terms of Rates Circular No. 24 of 2013 and Corrigendum thereto Busy Season Charge @ 15% of Base Freight Rate is leviable on all commodities (except Container Traffic and Automobile Traffic Moved in NMG, BCACM, BCCNR and BCACBM rakes) during the notified Busy Season.

2. The matter has been reviewed. Sanction of the Central Government is hereby accorded to withdraw the levy of Busy Season Charge for traffic transported in the jumbo rakes of BCN group and BCNHL wagons during the period from

01.05.2016 to 30.06.2016.

3. This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation Directorate and with the

concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways. 4 न
