Sub: Permissible Carrying Capacity of BLLA, BLCA, BLLB, BLCB, BFKN, BLCAM and BLCBM wagons for movement of Container Traffic.

1.0 In supersession of Rates Circular No. 42 of 2014, sanction of the Central Government is hereby accorded to fix the Permissible Carrying Capacity and Loading Tolerance of BLLA, BLCA, BLLB, BLCB, BFKN, BLCAM and BLCBM wagons as per the following:

2.0 It has also been decided to fix the chargeable weight per 20’ container (TEU) and 40’ container (FEU), for commodities where haulage charges are levied at Container Class Rate, as per the following:
