the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railway Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1968, namely:- ः;
1. (1) These rules may be called the Railway Servants (Discipline and’ Appeal) First Ainendment Rules, 2003
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
2. Jn the Railway Servants (Discipline and- Appeal) Rules, 1968, for Schedule HI, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
