me ms Instructions were issued vide Ministry of ftailway's letter under reference, specifying the Railways/Organisations to which officers on return from foreign assiqnment after a tenure of one year or more are normally to be posted and also laying down the procedure to be followed for such postings.

ns The matter has been reviewed by the Roard and in view of the improved conditions/environment now. available, it has been decided to delete Diesel Component Works,Patiala and Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala from the list ef unpopular Railways/Organisations. | mentioned in the letter under reference. Consequently, in future, :
