NOTIFICATION New Delhi. the .19 November, 20.13 GS.R. 740(E)~ - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 and section ·87 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) : the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railways Red Tariff Rules, 2000,' namelyt-c- ·

1.

(1 ) Th~se rules may be ~ailed the Railways Red. Tariff (Amendment) Rules, 2013.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication iri the Official Gazette.

2.

In·the Railways Red Tariff Rules, 2000 (hereinafter referredtQ as the said rules),-

(a) For rule 306 of the said rules, t~e following rule shall be substituted, namelyt- . "306; :Consignments of petroleum and other inflammable liquids intended to be transported by rail shall be received only- .

(ii) atsuch place or pleoes within railway premises; and ".
