· (c) the brake-van;

Provided that when an electric (traction) or diesel (electric) looomotive is used, only one carriage · not containing explosives or other dangerous goods or articles of inflammable nature is needed to be attached between the wagons contairung permleum.and other inflammable liquids, Class 'A' and the brake-van:

Provided further that no such carriage is required to be attached between the last tank wagon (8-wheelet) containing petroleum and other inflammable liquids, Class 'A' and the brake-van, if an 8-wheela-bralce-van is used;

(d) any other carriages containing explosives or other dangerous goods or articles of inflammable nature".

GS.R. 384(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 67 and Section 87 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railways Red Tariff ~tiles, 2000, namely:-.
