CAO/PTS vide letter under reference(1)( copy enclosed) communicated that
Trip ID based cash deposit of Ticket Checking staff will be mandatory from
01.05.2023 and till such time both options i.e direct deposit of TTE/TC cash at
UTS counter and through Trip-ID will be available in UTS at all the stations.
Feeding of EFT details in TTE lobby application & deposition of ticket checking
cash through trip-id at stations may also be ensured where adequate
infrastructure including wherever web service utility is available.
Further, CAO/PTS vide letter under reference(2)(copy enclosed) communicated
that CRIS has developed HHT application for free and station duty users (for
station & Open squad staff) and the same is ready for offline testing. The APK and
User Manual for testing purpose can be downloaded from URL link
https://hhtd.indianrail.gov.in.
The list containing user ID and Password for offline testing is enclosed for
ready reference. For assistance during testing staff may contact to Mr. R J Singh
mobile No: 8700929907, Mr.Debonil Ghosh mobile No.8130595368 (CRIS
officials) or Mr. Babu lal, CCI/HHT- mobile No.9717637997 for query/clarification
during testing.
Sr.DCMs are requested to depute staff separately for offline testing of stations
(Station duty use) and squads (Free Duty) Modules. Major divisions Viz
SC,BZA,GTL to deploy staff (stations-2 and squads -3) and other divisions to deploy
staff (stations-1 and squads -2) for the aforesaid testing of HHT applications. The
testing report may be recorded and collated on a daily basis till 31.03.2023 and the
same may be sent to this office for further compilation and submission to
CAO/PTS. Immediate issues to be brought to the notice of CRIS and CAO/PTS
Personnel, as mentioned in their letter under reference(2).

Railways and the HHT application for manning reserved trains is already developed and
functional. As advised by this office, CRIS has developed HHT application for free and
station duty users (for station & open squad staff) & the same is ready for offline testing.
