Sub: Declaration of Private Cash by ATVM facilitator.

****** During a preventive check conducted by the Vigilance Department on the functioning of the ATVM facilitator at Surat station, an excess amount of 20/- was detected in Government cash, which has since been ₹ deposited into the Railway account.

It is advised that necessary instructions be issued to all concerned staff to:

1. Maintain proper records of declaration of private cash and on-hand balance of ATVM cards of ATVM facilitators.

2. Ensure a separate Private Cash Register is maintained by the CBS/SS of the respective station where ATVM facilitators are engaged.

This has the approval of PCCM.
