Ref: HQ’s letter no. C 157/7/Mobile phone ticketing (e file 8450) dated 29.12.2025.

Apropos to the above, please find enclosed herewith a copy of HQ’s letter under reference in connection with release of new version of UTS Mobile App with some changes which is available on play store & app store. Previous old app version will be disabled and user needs to update latest app. New changes are released in the updated app are as under:

1. A new option, “Transfer Ticket” has been added inside the Show Ticket section for Season Tickets bookied on the UTSonMobile app.

2. Season ticket issue/renew permanently disabled, a link to download RailOne added on Season Booking page.

3. Registration on the UTSonMobile app has been permanently disabled, and an alert message has been added to the registration screen of the app.

4. A pop-up alert screen has been added to the UTSonMobile app homepage, prompting the user to download the RailOne mobile app.

Apropos to the above subject, CRIS has released new version of UTS Mobile App, which is available on play store & app store with following changes, previous Old app version will be disabled & user need to update latest app.

1) A new option, "Transfer Ticket," has been added inside the Show Ticket section for Season Tickets booked on the UTSonMobile app.

2) Season ticket issue/renew permanently disabled, a link to download RailOne added on Season Booking page.

3) Registration on the UTSonMobile app has been permanently disabled, and an alert message has been added to the registration screen of the app.

4) A pop-up alert screen has been added to the UTSonMobile app homepage, prompting the user to download the RailOne mobile app. This alert message will be visible to the user once a day. If the user chooses the "Skip" option, the alert will no longer be visible for the rest of the day. . .

Necessary instruction may please be issued to all concerned.
