Apropos to the above subject, Please find enclosed herewith HQ’s letter under reference whereby Competent Authorities has permitted to Issue Season ticket(MST) for passenger travel in unreserved coaches of nominated Intercity Mail/Express Trains w.e.f 29.10.2021:-

***** Competent Authority has permitted to issue season ticket (MST) in non-suburban section over Western Railway for travel in unreserved coaches of certain Mail/Express intercity trains. The details of the trains along-with the coaches are as under:

09340 BPL-DHD and 09324 BPL-DADN however the same will be applicable subject to decision taken for de-reservation of coaches by West Central Railway in these trains.

The guidelines to be adhered to in this matter are as under:

1) Passengers with valid MST (Monthly Season Ticket) and unreserved Mail/Express tickets are permitted to travel in the above intercity trains by unreserved coaches only. They are not allowed to travel in the reserved coaches of these trains wherein only Passengers with valid reserved tickets are permitted.

2) MST holders desiring to travel are not permitted to travel by Reserved coaches.

For travelling in Reserved coaches confirm reserved
