Apropos to above, please find enclosed herewith, copy of above quoted letter received from HQ in connection with extension of the pilot project for booking of PRS/UTS ticket at ticket booking counters using UPI/BHIM payment system for a period of one year i.e. up to 31/05/2025 on the existing terms and conditions. It is also instructed to provide feedback on the scheme on the issues such as refund, customer satisfaction etc. on quarterly basis. This is for your information and necessary action. This office letter of even no. dated 15.05.2023 ***** In continuation to the above, Railway Board has now been decided to extend the pilot project for booking of PRS/UTS ticket at ticket booking counters using UPI/BHIM payment system for a period of one year i.e. upto 31.05.2025 on the existing terms and conditions. Divisions are requested to issue necessary instructions to all concerned staff. It is also desired that Divisions may furnish the feedback on the scheme on the issues such as refund, customer satisfaction etc and suggest measures if any for further proliferation to this office at the earliest.
