Sub: Operator wise Non – Issue UTS MIS Report.

Ref: HQ’s letter no. C 548/2/5/19 (e-file 543034) dated 13.02.2025.

Apropos to the above, please find enclosed herewith a copy of HQ’s letter under reference in connection with to check the details of non-issue tickets on day to day basis through the report provided in ‘dconwr’ account under option no. 3 “UTS MIS”, sub option no. 16 “OPERATOR WISE NON ISSUE” to delve deep and monitor UTS functioning, so as to prevent misappropriation of Railway cash.

In view of the above CBS/Booking Office incharge are instructed to examine the details of non-issue tickets on day to day basis through the report provided in ‘dconwr’ account and report to sectional CMI in case of any irregularities. On receipt of CBS/Booking office incharge’s report, section CMI after investigating the matter will submit detailed report to division office for taking further necessary action against the concerned staff under DAR.

Sectional CMIs are also instructed to keep a vigil on NIT transactions on weekly basis in order to eliminate any malafide collaboration between CBS/Booking office incharge and counter staffs. Further NIT register should be properly maintained and the reason of NIT should also be examined and if any discrepancy found, report for the same should be submitted for taking action against concerned staff under DAR. In case of no suspicious NIT transactions, a NIL report is to be submitted by section CMI by 5th of every month without fail.
