Apropos to above subject, kindly find enclosed herewith copy of HQ’s letter under reference in connection with provision of Money Receipt option for Tourist Circuit Trains (option no. 8/6/13) and modification in the money receipt option Pay & Use.

All are instructed to prepare MR accordingly under proper Head.

1. Provision of Money Receipt option for Tourist Circuit Trains:

Railway Board has advised Zonal Railways that the revenue received from Tourist Circuit Trains (Bharat Gaurav Trains) should be accounted under the separate head 230 under the minor head 200 of Abstract-X.

2. Modification in the Money Receipt option Pay & Use to get remitted through DD:

East Central Railway has requested to provide the facility of depositing ‘Pay & Use’ through Voucher/DD & change the subhead from “Railway Staff Payment” to “Licence Payment”. The change in subhead/category will require the approval from Railway Board or Nodal railway. So this time, the requirement of enabling Voucher/DD for this money receipt is being provided.
