Ref:- This office letter No. C 436/7/8/Summer special 2021 of 03/03/2021 The guidelines mentioned in above reference were to restrict the issuance of unreserved mail Express tickets for destinations which were not served presently by unreserved trains of this railway.

As non-issuance of unreserved Mail/Express tickets for connecting trains leads to complaints, it is permitted to issue tickets for connecting unreserved trains running over this railway.

This has the approval of CCM (PM).
