With reference to above subject, kindly find enclosed herewith copy of HQ’s letter under reference in connection with the addition of few more features in UTS on Mobile application added by CRIS. The updated version & updates of UTS on Mobile App for Android & iOS are available on Play store & App store respectively with added features.

***** Apropos to the above mentioned subject, CRIS has added few more features in UTS on Mobile application. The UTS Mobile App Android & iOS versions are updated & updates are available on Play store & App store respectively with following changes:

1. Help section FAQ updated on app & website.

2. Minimum age limit 12 yrs for registration & season ticket booking.

3. Bonus 3% on R-wallet recharge currently will be available.

4. Bonus on ticket booking currently kept disabled.

5. Surrender R-wallet service is disabled now.

6. Close account option is available in profile section under three dots of upper right corner which will surrender R-wallet as well as close the UTS app account both.

• If a user having R-wallet balance Rs 30 or below Rs 30 then no refund.

• If user having balance above Rs 30 then user will get surrender code through SMS & refund can be taken in cash from any UTS counter after deduction of clerkage amount Rs 30.

• After closing account same mobile number can be registered anytime again if required.

Necessary instruction may please be issued to all concerned.
