Ref: HQ’s letter no. C 157/7/Mobile phone ticketing (e file 8450) dated 20.12.2024.

Apropos to the above, please find enclosed herewith a copy of HQ’s letter under reference in connection with disabling of current logic of giving 3% bonus at the time of recharge of R-Wallet and new logic of giving 3% bonus at the time of ticket booking using R-Wallet is enabled w.e.f. 20.12.2024.

The new bonus logic will be applicable on the current R-wallet balance of the existing user including the bonus amount credited at the time of recharge.

Ref: Corrigendum to Commercial Circular No 12 dated18.12.2024 (Copy enclosed) As per Railway board letter in reference, current logic of giving 3% bonus at the time of recharge of RWallet will be disabled w.e.f 20.12.2024 and new logic of giving 3% bonus at the time of ticket booking using RWallet will be enabled w.e.f 20.12.2024.

The new bonus logic (cashback) will be applicable on the current Rwallet balance of the existing user including the bonus amount credited at the time of recharge.
