***** Apropos to the above mentioned subject, CRIS has launched beta version of the Super App – SwaRail on 31.01.2025, which is an official mobile application for railway ticket booking (reserved, unreserved and platform tickets, train enquiry, ordering food, complaint services etc.

It is requested that necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned to educate the staff specifically ticket checking staff about the validity of tickets booked through the SwaRail app so that passengers do not face any kind of inconvenience during their journey and otherwise.
