Apropos to above subject, please find enclosed here with a copy of notification under reference in connection with de-reservation of coaches in nominated trains for permitting unreserved commuter travel (MST not allowed for time being) w.e.f

25.10.2021.

CRS-ADI is instructed to damage/suspend the coaches as mentioned in HQ notification under reference.

It is instructed to acknowledge all commercial staff working under you regarding the above notification.

This is for information and further necessary action please.

**** Apropos above, Competent Authority have approved de-reservation of some coaches for permitting unreserved commuter travel in nominated trains.

In return direction trains i.e.

09340 BPL-DHD and 09324 BPL-DADN, originating from WCR the decision to unreserve the coaches will have to be taken by WCR and will be conveyed on receipt of the same.

The above changes in the train profile are to be implemented w.e.f.

25.10.2021. Divisions are advised to damage/suspend the above coaches in the mentioned trains till ARP so as to prevent further booking. Database-CSMT is requested to kindly remove the above de-reserved coaches from the reserved train profile and fire the train accordingly from ARP.

Divisions will convey messages through ZONEDB available in PRS to Reserved Passengers who might be re-allotted to other coaches. Sufficient staff be deployed at stations for guidance of passengers so as to avoid confusion and any argument amongst Reserved and Unreserved Passengers over seats in de- reserved coaches.

The booking of unreserved coaches will be done on the basis of second Mail/Express fare. Other charges like Super fast, etc will be chargeable subject to applicability as per the type of the trains.

Divisions to advice all concern in this regard and ensure compliance.
