WESTERN RAILWAY ADVANCE RATES NOTIFICATION NO. 40 (COACHING) OF 2021 PARA FOR RATES ADVICE (COACHING) OF 2021 Sub:- Relaxation in time limit for cancellation of passenger tickets and refund of fare withdrawn with effect from 30-12-2021.

****** In view of restoration of all HSP and MSPC trains(included in the working time Table 2021) as regular time Tabled trains, it has now been decided that all the instructions related to relaxation in time limit for cancellation of Passenger tickets and refund of fare is hereby withdrawn with effect from 30-12-2021. Now, all the cancellation of passenger tickets and refund of fare shall be governed by Railway Cancellation of Tickets and Refund of fare Rules 2015 i.e applicable during the Pre-Covid period. However, instructions for relaxation in time period for filing of TDR for passengers found symptomatic shall continue till further advice.

This has reference to Railway Board’s letter TC-II/2003/20/Refund/Covid /ER dt.27-12-2021.
