Apropos to the above, kindly find enclosed herewith a copy of HQ’s letter under reference vide which Procedural guideline for implementation of e-TR (electronic Treasury Remittance) note in Station Coaching Balance Sheet are issued. e-TR not shall be implemented w.e.f. 01.01.2025. Further it is advised that all UTS locations should discontinue preparing manual TR note w.e.f. 01.01.2025. Only e-TR note to be prepared where all coaching earnings are being accounted in the UTS.

With reference to the above subject, the Procedural guideline for implementation of e-TR (electronic Treasury Remittance) note in Station Coaching Balance Sheet is enclosed here with for information.

e-TR note shall be implemented w.e.f. 01.01.2025 on all Zonal Railways.

It is advised that all UTS locations should discontinue preparing manual TR note w.e.f. 01.01.2025. Only e-TR Note to be prepared where all coaching earnings are being accounted in the UTS.

Necessary instruction may please be issued to all concerned.

A proposal for implementing e-TR note in Station Coaching Balance Sheet is under consideration in this office. Based on inputs received from CRIS, the issue regarding implementation of e-TR note in Station Coaching Balance Sheet has been examined in consultation with Finance and Accounts Directorates of Ministry of Railways.

1.1 Accordingly, procedural guidelines for implementation of e-TR note in Station Coaching Balance Sheet have been finalized. The same are being enclosed for necessary action.
