Apropos to above, please find enclosed herewith HQ’s letter under reference in connection with integration of PMS locations with UTS e-Coaching Balance Sheet. Sectional CMIs are instructed to ensure integration of PMS with e-coaching balance sheet on priority as advised by HQ so that proper accountal can be affected.

With reference to the above subject, it is to inform you that the under mentioned PMS locations planned under PPMS (Phase III) have started functioning, but the Integration of these PMS locations with UTS e-Coaching Balance Sheet is still pending.

List of PMS locations pending for integration is as under:

BCT DIVN: AML,CHM,DRD,NOL,KEB,NWU,PLG,UMR,VGN,BSR,UVD,AN,BIM BRC DIVN: BH, CYI, ANND, AKV, GDA, ND ADI DIVN: ASV, LCH, GIMB RTM DIVN: KUH, COR, DWX, UJN BVP DIVN: MHV, BVC, JND Divisions are requested to ensure that above mentioned PMS locations should generate PMS Balance Sheet on Daily Basis through the PMS module so that Integration of these PMS locations with UTS e-Coaching Balance Sheet can be implemented w.e.f 1st December 2024. The same will be enabled in the system after submission of November-2024 e-Coaching balance Sheet.

The Following points to be noted w.r.t. PMS integration in e-Coaching Balance Sheet.

1. Stations must be using the PMS Application for Parcel/Luggage booking.

2. PMS Balance Sheet must be generated on Daily Basis through the PMS module at PMS enabled stations.

3. E-Coaching Balance Sheet will auto-fetch the PMS Balance Sheet data, if above points 1 & 2 are completed at PMS end.

4. If the Balance Sheet is not generated at PMS end, E-Coaching Balance Sheet will display a message "No data available in PMS for the given dates", when option No. 5 PARCEL CASH is selected.

5. After enabling the PMS integration, the LUGGAGE CASH option will not be available.

6. After integration of PMS, locations just have to verify the PMS data in the e-Coaching Balance Sheet after selecting Option No. 5 PARCEL CASH and give confirmation "GET UPDATED PMS SYSTEM DATA[Y/N]" in the PMS Data Entry Form.

7. After PMS integration, manual PARCEL CASH bifurcation will not be allowed.

Necessary instruction may please be issued to all concerned.
